WebSurfTools was founded in 2026 out of frustration with the state of free online tools. Every useful utility seemed to sit behind a paywall, a mandatory sign-up, or a pile of aggressive ads. A simple task like compressing a PDF meant uploading your private document to an unknown server, signing up for a free trial that auto-renewed, or downloading bloated desktop software.
We thought there had to be a better way — and there is. Modern browsers are powerful enough to run most of these tools directly on your device. No server uploads, no privacy risk, no account needed.
