The Problem Is Usually Simpler Than It Looks
If a scanned PDF is sideways, upside down, or mixed between orientations, the document is not ruined. It just has the wrong page orientation metadata or scan sequence.
Fastest Fix
Use Rotate PDF to correct the pages you need. If only part of the file matters, extract those pages first with Split PDF instead of fixing a long document you will not use.
